Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Chapters 902.03 Zoning District Map #7 by changing zoning district classifications from AP/Mixed Use Planned Unit Development, UNC/Urban Neighborhood Commercial and UI/Urban Industrial to EMI/Educational-Medical Institute properties proximate to Duquesne University, 1st Ward, City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Amend Section 902.03, Zoning District Map #7 of the Pittsburgh Code by changing the following zoning district classifications:
 
1.      From AP / Mixed Use Planned Unit Development to EMI / Educational-Medical Institute properties on the northerly side of the intersection of Locust Street and McAnulty Drive and identified as Block and Lots 002-K-006, -010, 32, 60 and -014 114 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot system, 1st Ward.
 
2.      From UNC / Urban Neighborhood Commercial and UI / Urban Industrial to EMI / Educational-Medical Institute all properties bounded by Forbes Avenue, Magee Street, Watson Street and Chatham Square, 1st Ward.
 
NOTE: I do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance duly engrossed and certified, was delivered by me to the Mayor for his approval of disapproval and that the Mayor failed to approve or disapprove the same, whereupon it became law without his approval, under the provisons of the Act of the Assembly in such case made and provided.
