Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-7076 from the estate of Frank Leggens, 308 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065; to Applicant, Ceviche, Inc., 930 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15222; for the premises located at 930 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15222 (2nd Ward), known as "Seviche", pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
SECTION 2. Request for Approval
Ceviche, Inc., which has a mailing address of 930 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15222 (2nd Ward), submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-7076, which is currently registered to the estate of Frank Leggens, 308 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into premises known and numbered as 930 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15222 (2nd Ward), known as "Seviche". The proposed interior of the premises is a 2,230 square foot space for a restaurant and bar.
SECTION 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing, for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Ceviche, Inc.'s intent to the above liquor license.
