Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Works to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, lease or leases, professional service agreements or the use of existing contracts, leases or agreements, and other services, along with other approved expenditures and for the payment of supplies, equipment, materials, and other services for the Phillips Park Improvements project using 2002 and 2012 Capital funds in an amount not to exceed $110,000

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, lease or leases, professional service agreements or the use of existing contracts, leases or agreements, and other services, along with other approved expenditures and for the payment of supplies, equipment, materials, and other services for the Phillips Park Improvement project in an amount not to exceed One Hundred and Ten Thousand dollars ($110,000.00) from the following accounts:
$50,000.00 from job number 4426717602, “Phillips Park Improvements” in the 2002 Capital Budget, Fund 40001
$60,000.00 from job number 4026745512, “Phillips Park Improvement” in the 2012 Capital Budget, Fund 40012
