Title
Resolution accepting the dedication of Bidwell Street between the terminals of Pennsylvania Avenue and Stedman Street for public highway purposes, accepting the grading, paving, curbing, sewers, traffic signs and streetlighting and fixing the width and position of the roadway and sidewalk, in the 21st Ward, 6th Council District.

WHEREAS, The Housing Authority, owner of certain property in the 21st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, has dedicated said Bidwell Street for public highway purposes.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Bidwell Street (between Stedman Street and Pennsylvania Avenue) as laid out on Manchester Hope VI Plan of Lots No. 18, in the 21st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Allegheny County at Plan Book Volume 200 page 170:
Beginning at a point on the southern line of Pennsylvania Avenue and at the northwest corner of Lot 2 Parcel A; thence with the western line of Lot 2 Parcel A.
S13º 57' 20"E a distance of 138.00 feet to a point at the southwest corner of Lot 2 Parcel A, and at the intersection of the eastern line of Bidwell Street and the northern line of Stedman Street; thence with the northern line of Stedman Street.
S76º 22' 20"W a distance of 40.00 feet to a point at the southeast corner of Lot 1 Parcel C; thence with the eastern line of Lot 1 Parcel C.
N13º 57' 20"W a distance of 138.00 feet to a point on the southern line of Pennsylvania Avenue and at the northeast corner of Lot 1 Parcel C; thence with the southern line of Pennsylvania Avenue.
N76º 22' 20"E a distance of 40.00 to a point of beginning, containing 5,520 square feet, more or less
Section 2. Also accepting the grading, paving, sewers, curbing, traffic signalization and streetlighting of Bidwell Street.
