Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a professional service contract with Dr. Michael Weir, LLC, for the purpose of preparing revenue forecasts, at a total cost not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation.

Body

Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Dr. Michael Weir, LLC to provide revenue forecasting services for a period of two years.  The contract shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, and shall not exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 999200, Sub Class 150.
