Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of protective clothing and equipment for the Fire Bureau at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand dollars ($100,000.00) and providing for the payment thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of protective clothing and equipment.  The total shall not exceed One

Hundred Thousand dollars ($100,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 500000, Fund 2610, Organization 200000, Sub-Class C2007, Budget Year 2007, Project/Grant #2267332, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
