Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 16 and 17 by changing various zoning district classifications in the North Point Breeze community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 16 and 17, of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:

1. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit Low Density and "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "R1D-L" Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density all that certain property bounded by: Fifth Avenue, Simonton Street, North Dallas Avenue, Lynn Way, North Murtland Street, Thomas Street, North Lang Avenue, lots numbered 166, 167, 168, 169, 170 and 171, block 125-S in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, lots numbered 3, 8-A, 8-B, 9, 8-C, 8-D, 12-A and 22, block 126-D in the aforesaid system, lot number 58, block 175-A in the aforesaid system, North Homewood Avenue, lots numbered 126, 119, 117, 113 and 111, block 175-A in the aforesaid system, North Lexington Street and Penn Ave., 14th Ward.

From "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to R1A-H" Residential Single-Unit Attached High Density all that certain property bounded by: North Lang Avenue, the "R1A-M" Zoning District boundary line located south of Clawson Street between North Lang Avenue and North Homewood Avenue, North Homewood Avenue, lots numbered 26, 28, 30, 32, 33, 45, 49, 50, 52 and 51, block 126-D in the aforesaid system,14th Ward.
