Title

Resolution authorizing an Agreement or Agreements with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy Business District Project for the provision of Community Gardens Flower, Beds and/or Hanging Baskets in the City, at a cost not to exceed $90,000.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy Business District Project for the provision of Community Gardens, Flower Beds and/or Hanging Baskets in the City, at a cost not to exceed $90,000, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
