Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with ePlus Technology, Inc. with yearly installment payments to be paid to finance company PEAC US Capital, Inc., for Nutanix, including complete Cisco infrastructure, Nutanix licensing, implementation, and professional services, at a cost not-to-exceed One Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Dollars and Fifty-Seven Cents ($1,963,720.57) over three (3) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with ePlus Technology, Inc., with yearly installment payments to be paid to finance company PEAC US Capital, Inc., for Nutanix, including complete Cisco infrastructure, Nutanix licensing, implementation, and professional services, at a cost not-to-exceed One Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Dollars and Fifty-Seven Cents ($1,963,720.57) over three (3) years.
