Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

Section 1.                     Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, or Amendments with MicroSoft for Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support Services, a comprehensive support solution which is a combination of proactive, reactive and service delivery management services that support Microsoft products and/or Online Services for a sum not to exceed Eighty One Thousand Dollars ($81,000).

Funds shall be allocated as follows:

$81,000 from 11101.103000.53.53509.2022

Section 2.                     The Agreement or Agreements are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
