Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 735 of 2023, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Green Light Go Program in the amount of Four Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($430,000.13) to upgrade traffic control switches" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to upgrade traffic control switches in the amount of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($1,176,616.13). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund 6029400454.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed) ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($1,176,616.13) under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trus...
