Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of Twenty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Three Dollars and Sixty Nine Cents ($27,953.69) from Salaries, Fund 1000, Org. No. 230000, Account 511000, Subclass 10 Budget Year 2002, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety to Fund 1000, Org. No. 104000, Account 511000, Subclass 010, Budget Year 2002, Municipal Courts.
