Title
Resolution providing for the renewal of a Contract or Contracts with a qualified third party administrator to administer the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law. Total not to exceed $31,847.34.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for the administration of the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law for budget years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Thirty-One Thousand Dollars, Eight Hundred Seventeen and Thirty Four Cents (31,817.34) over four years, chargeable to and payable from Code Account (574100), Fund 1000, Organization Code 9993300, Sub-Class 150, Budget Years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual indirect cost allocation reports for budget years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart accounts:
