Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh to submit a grant application to and execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources under the Community Conservation Partnerships Program.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is authorized to submit a grant application to and execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources under their Community Conservation Partnerships Program for the purpose of advancing the City's Natural Systems Study of the City's Four Regional Parks.  In that the application was due 13 April 2005 which was prior to the passage of this Resolution this authorization is retroactive to the date of signing for application submission.
