Resolution amending Resolution 415 of 2023, authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an Agreement with IndoorVu to improve the management of the City of Pittsburgh’s facility spaces for the total cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($12,600.00), in order to change the name of the vendor.

WHEREAS, the correct Vendor name for the space management project is GeoCam; and
WHEREAS, IndoorVu is the name of the application, not the name of the vendor in which the City will do business with; and
WHEREAS, the original legislation needs to be amended to authorize a contract with GeoCam for the space management project.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution 415 of 2023, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement with IndoorVu to improve the management of the City of Pittsburgh’s facility spaces for the total cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($12,600.00)” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Innovation and Performance are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with IndoorVu GeoCam to improve the management of City facility spaces for the total cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($12,600.00) to provide technological facility improvements.
Section 2. Amount is payable from the following accounts:

Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
