Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation &  Performance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Supplemental Agreement, Agreements or Amendments with Daston Corporation for the continued provision of information systems, information infrastructure and City email services at a cost not to exceed Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five Dollars ($99,155) chargeable to and payable from Account 11101.103000.53.53509.2015, Mayor's Office, Department of Innovation &  Performance.
