Title

An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code Title Seven, Business Licensing, Article III, Sales Businesses Chapter 719: Vendors and Peddlers by adding additional Permitted locations on General Robinson Street.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby amends the Pittsburgh Code Title Seven, Business Licensing, Article III, Sales Businesses, Chapter 719: Vendors and Peddlers by adding the following permitted locations pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Section 719.09 enacted contemporaneously with this Ordinance:

(20)                     General Robinson Street, both sides, for 200 feet west and for 200 feet east of the Tony Dorsett Drive Intersection.
