Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City of Pittsburgh ("City") is hereby authorized, through its appropriate officers and officials, to execute such documents and deeds in form approved by the City Solicitor, and take all steps legally required to convey the following described property.
