Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 143 of 2000, effective March 17, 2000, as amended, entitled "The Mayor and the Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Brighton Heights Citizen Federation, to purchase and install at 3730 Brighton Road a neighborhood clock at a cost not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), chargeable to and payable from the Neighborhood Needs Program, Fund 5100, Organization 101110, Subclass 350, Project/Grant N209001, Budget Year 2000, Account 566100.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

The Mayor and the Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Brighton Heights Citizen Federation, to purchase and install at 3730 Brighton Road a neighborhood clock at a cost not to exceed Twenty-Four Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars ($24,200), chargeable to and payable from the Neighborhood Needs Program, Fund 5100, Organization 101110, Subclass 350, Project/Grant N209001, Budget Year 2000, Account 566100.
