Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Amending Bill #1376 entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with City Council's 2003 Community Needs Program; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," is hereby amended by changing wording to McArdle Roadway Jersey Barrier $50,000.00, in Council District 2, as follows;

 

The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2003 Community Needs Program in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($ 50,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
