Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements and other approved expenditures for the maintenance and enhancement of City recreation and senior centers in an amount not to exceed One Hundred and Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($112,500.00), chargeable to and payable from Account 500000, Fund 2610, Organization 500000, Subclass C2002, Year 2002, Project/Grant 2215010 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
