Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to into an Agreement or Agreements with MuniServices for the provision of audit services for all applicable cable franchise and telecommunication Public Right of Way (PROW) agreements. These agreements require providers to remit 5% of gross revenues for utilizing the City’s Public Rights of Way. MuniServices will receive a contingency fee of 28% of all new revenue collected as a result of the audits.

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements will have a term of two (2) years and shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
