Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority seeks to amend the resolution authorizing its acquisition of the above parcels designated as Block 125-B, Lots 281 and 283.


Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution 297 of 2022, effective June 14, 2022, which originally read as follows:

Section 1. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 124-N, Lots 281, 282, and 283, and Block 125-B, Lots 281 and 283, in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 124-N, Lots 281, 282, and 283, in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.
