Resolution repealing Resolution No. 740, effective December 20, 2005 entitled "Providing for an agreement with Creative Information Management Concepts, Inc. to redesign the YP Connection Website by changing the contractor to Pittsburgh Public Schools" by repealing it in its entirety.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      That Resolution No. 740, effective December 20, 2005 which currently reads as follows:

"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an Agreement with Pittsburgh Public Schools to redesign the YP Connection Website and thereafter to maintain the website and conduct data management at a cost not to exceed $106,390.  The Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.  Fund 2481, Subclass 600, Acct. 526125, Org. No. 210000, BY 2004."

Is hereby repealed in its entirety.
