Title
Resolution granting unto Penn Avenue Hotel, LP, One Oxford Centre, Suite, 4500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a sign and entry marquis over the sidewalk area at 945 Penn Avenue in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the Penn Avenue Hotel, LP, One Oxford Centre, Suite 4500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a double-sided illuminated business identification sign, 3' 1" wide, projecting a total of 4' feet out from the face of building, 21' 8" in length, 48' feet above the sidewalk area and an aluminum, steel and glass marquis mounted to face of building 23' wide, projecting 11' 10" out from face of building with a glass edge lit sign 8" high 9' long, both a minimum of 10' up from the sidewalk area at 945 Penn Avenue, in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-496 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.

Section 3. The encroachment herein granted shall be subject and subordinate to the rights of the City of Pittsburgh and its powers and supervision over City streets, and also to Resolutions of ...
