Body

Be it resolved that the Cou cil of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to create a special trust fund to be designed as the Fair Municipal Pension Trust Fund into which trust fund there shall be deposited funds provided by the City of Pittsburgh or other sources and authorizing the use of monies deposited into said Trust Fund for elimination of the unfair "Social Security Offset" for union and non-union members of the Municipal Pension Benefit plans that retire after January 1, 2002.
