Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with Allegheny County allowing for payment of the local costs associated with the Rachel Carson (9^th Street) Bridge Rehabilitation being undertaken by Allegheny County.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute payments to Allegheny County for local costs associated with the Rachel Carson (9^th Street) Bridge Rehabilitation project, at a cost not to exceed $2,264.25.
