Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Six Conduct, Article I Regulated Rights and Actions, Chapter 601 Public Order, Section 601.04 Noise Control, Subsection (f) Refuse Collection, by deleting subsection (f) in its entirety.  

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.       The Pittsburgh Code, Title Six Conduct, Article I Regulated Rights and Actions, Chapter 601 Public Order, Section 601.04 Noise Control, Subsection (f) Refuse Collection, is hereby amended by deleting subsection (f), as follows:

[§ 601.04  NOISE CONTROL.

(f)   Refuse collection.  No person shall operate any trash, rubbish or garbage collection activities within any residentially zoned district between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during daylight savings time, thereafter between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.]
