Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of ACTION-Housing, Inc. for services relating to the installation of streetlights at the Flats on Forward mixed-use development, for a sum not to exceed Twenty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($23,400.00).

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
