Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for the administration of certain 2026 PAYGO-funded projects and programs, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof at a not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($675,000.00) ($1,675,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake 2026 PAYGO-funded programs and projects at an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($675,000.00) ($1,675,000.00), subject to budget appropriation by City Council.
