Title
Resolution transferring the amount of $6,854.69 from the HUD Trust Fund account to the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations salaries account for the purpose of covering a shortfall experienced in staff salaries in Budget Year 2002.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $6,854.69 from the HUD Trust Fund, Fund 2630, Organization 105000, Sub-Class 600, Account 511000, Budget Year 2003, to the Commission on Human Relations Salaries Account, Fund 1000, Organization 105000, Sub-Class 010, Account 511000, Budget Year 2002, to cover the shortfall for staff salaries in Budget Year 2002.
