Casper, in the amount of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($12,500.00) in settlement of a claim for damage to his property at 1447 Warner Street from adjacent city-owned property at 1449 Warner Street, on or about February 6, 2023, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
