Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby authorizes the Director of General Services to advertise for bids and/or to place orders for vehicles for use by City Departments, in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.  The Council agrees to make available such finds to the Equipment Leasing Authority for payment at the appropriate time.
