Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 590 effective July 23, 2003, as amended by Resolution No. 98 effective March 16, 2001, as amended by Resolution No. 519 effective July 30, 2001, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of City Planning, General Services and Engineering and Construction on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $1,558,174, chargeable to and payable from 2001 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2001.

Is amended to read as follows:

The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of City Planning, General Services and Engineering and Construction on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $...
