Title

Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($80,000.00) to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase of vehicles for use by the City of Pittsburgh Park Rangers. This expenditure is associated with grant funds that the City will receive from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s (DCED) Local Share Account Statewide.

 

Body

Be it Resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements for providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($80,000.00) to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the Purchase of vehicles for use by the City of Pittsburgh Park Rangers chargeable to and payable from JDE account number: 2129400499.57531.00

 

Section 2. This agreement or agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.

 

Section 3.  This agreement or agreement(s) shall also satisfy all requirements as specified by the DCED.
