Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Shallow Creek Kennels, Inc., in the amount of $8,000.00 for the purchase of one canine for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, chargeable to and payable from the Confiscated Narcotics Proceeds Trust Fund account 2300241600.56151.00.
