Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to apply for a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund for the East Liberty Mobility plan in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
