Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Controller is hereby authorized to immediately transfer the amount of $47,099.00 from the Animal Control/Welfare Trust Fund Account 8705, Org 430000, Subclass 600 Account 000000, Budget Year 2003 Trust Fund to the newly created Off-Leash Exercise Program Trust Fund.
