Resolution amending Resolution No. 421, effective July 8, 1999 entitled "Approving execution of a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land by and between Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Gildas A. Kaib, Jr. for the sale of the following properties in the 18th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh" by decreasing the purchase price and correcting the block and lot number. (Council Districts No. 2 and 3).

Whereas, by Resolution No. 421, effective July 8, 1999, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh approved the execution of a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land between Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh as seller and Gildas A. Kaib, Jr. as buyer; and

Whereas, the purchase price has been reduced and part of the property has been assigned a new block and lot identifier; and

Whereas, Council wishes to amend Resolution No. 421 to reduce the purchase price and to correctly identify the property to be sold;

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 421, effective July 8, 1999, which now reads as follows:

"Section 1. That execution of the Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land by and between the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Gildas A. Kaib, Jr. for the sale of the following property in the 18th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for $92,000, be and the same is hereby approved, said Contract being in conformity with the terms and conditions of the Neighborhood Housing Fund Cooperation Agreement:
