Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution authorizing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of The Franco Harris Pittsburgh Center at Penn State, for the purchase the National Green Infrastructure Certification Program (NGICP) training, at a cost not to exceed Eight Thousand and Zero Cents ($8,000.00).
