Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of $100,000.00 from Salaries, Regular Employees, Account 511000, Fund 1000, Subclass 010, Organization 500000, Budget Year 2001, to Miscellaneous Services, Account 526100, Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Organization 500000, Budget Year 2001 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
