Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for Enright Park improvements, and further providing for an agreement or the use of existing agreements and expenditures, at a cost not to exceed ONE MILLION ($1,000,000.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute a relevant agreement or agreements, or the use of existing agreements, and expenditures, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in order to receive a grant award in the amount of ONE MILLION ($1,000,000.00) DOLLARS for Enright Park improvements. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund, JDE JOB NO.4029400374.45109.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Department of Public Works, of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed ONE MILLION ($1,000,000.00) DOLLARS, for Enright Park improvements under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh. Monies from the grant agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund, JDE JOB NO. 4029400374.50000.00.
