Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements for hardware and software maintenance and upgrades of the Computer Aided Dispatch system for the Emergency Operations Center, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) chargeable to and payable from fund 2454, Org. No. 213000, Subclass 600, Account 525100, Budget Year 2003, Department of Public Safety.
