Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and /or the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $18,488.46, in emergency payment for the wetland mitigation monitoring and reporting as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
