Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,265.00 warrant in favor of Banksville Chiropractic, c/o Daniel A. Dziak, D.C., 3015 Banksville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216, in settlement of a claim for medical treatment for Cynthia & Abigail Derrick, pursuant to Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code First Party Benefits requirement, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2002.
