Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Allegheny Valley Railroad for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the Herron Avenue Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), reimbursable at 100%.
