Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1A-H, Residential Single Unit Attached High Density District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain property roughly bounded by Filmore Street, Zebina Way, Flossie Way and Boundary Street and identified as Block No. 52-N, Lots Numbered 280, 286, 289, 291, 293, 294, 299, 302, 304, 305 and 306 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System.
