Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of John Doe and Christine Elzar, his attorney, Stember, Feinstein, Doyle, Payne & Cordes, Riverview Place Office, 245 Fort Pitt Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15219; in full and final settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania at Docket Number 10 cv 214, for an employment related claim in the sum of $45,000.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Account 511000, Fund 1000, Organization 103000, Sub-Class 010, Budget Year 2010, Mayor's Office, City Information Systems.
