Title
Resolution providing for a three-party cooperation, reimbursement, and maintenance agreement or agreements by and among the City of Pittsburgh, the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (the “Stadium Authority”), and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, in connection with the North Shore Infrastructure Chuck Noll Way Project.

Now therefore be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into three-party cooperation, reimbursement, and maintenance agreement or agreements (Federal-Aid Project Agreements), each in form approved by the City Solicitor, by and among the City of Pittsburgh, Stadium Authority, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, in connection with the implementation of the North Shore Infrastructure Chuck Noll Way Project, situated in the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Council District No. 6, between Art Rooney Avenue and Tony Dorsett Drive and will connect North Shore Drive and West General Robinson Street.
Section 2. The City and Stadium Authority desire for Stadium Authority, acting as an agent for the City, to cause the said infrastructure improvements to be implemented at no cost to the City. Upon completion of the improvements, the City agrees to take over and maintain the street improvements in accordance with approved drawings, as required by PennDOT/ Federal Highway Administration.
Section 3. Since the said infrastructure improvements are eligible for, and will receive, federal funding, PennDOT/ FHWA have agreed to channel all eligible reimbursements to Stadium Authority directly, subject to the City's agreeing to comply with the stipulations outlined in Section 2 above.
