Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of outside legal counsel and consultants to assist the City with evaluating certain tax proposals emanating from the report issued by the PGH21 Committee at a cost not to exceed $40,000 (Forty Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2003.
